  • Hours of Operation: Bookings are generally available throughout the day and night. Standard booking times are 7:00am – 3:00pm and 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable bond of $500 is required to ensure the kitchen is returned clean and undamaged. The deposit will be refunded after inspection and completion of all booking requirements.
  • Cleaning Requirements: All users must follow kitchen operating procedures and complete the cleaning checklist before leaving. The completed checklist must be returned after each booking.
  • Storage Facilities: Overnight storage is available at $25 for cool room use and $10 for freezer storage. Special rates are available for long-term ongoing bookings.
  • Dry Storage: Available from $20 per week.
  • Deliveries: Deliveries to the kitchen are permitted while you are onsite to receive them. Arrangements can also be made for deliveries the day before your booking.
  • Equipment: Additional or specialised equipment may be brought into the kitchen. Long-term storage of equipment can also be arranged depending on requirements.
  • Long-Term Bookings: Rent for ongoing regular bookings is due on the 1st day of each month in advance.
  • Invoice Requirements: To enable invoicing, please provide your business name, Pty Ltd details (if applicable), home address, and ABN.
  • Insurance: All licensees and users should maintain appropriate Public Liability and Product Liability insurance. A copy of your public liability insurance certificate must be provided before your booking commences.
  • Booking Confirmation: A confirmation of booking and tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are generally not accepted. However, if at least 14 days' notice is provided, we will attempt to reschedule your booking to a later date, subject to availability.
  • Council & Markets Documentation: All kitchens are fully council approved and HACCP compliant. A $300 Occupation Certificate fee applies for council or market documentation and may be offset against future kitchen bookings.
  • Cleaning Equipment: Mops, brushes, dustpans and other basic cleaning equipment are provided. Users are encouraged to bring their own cleaning liquids and towels.
  • Cleaning Charges: A cleaning fee of $165 applies for insufficient cleaning, while heavily soiled kitchens may incur a cleaning charge of $330. Full cleaning is required before departure.
  • Waste Removal: All rubbish must be removed from the premises at the end of each booking day. Failure to do so may incur a $330 + GST disposal fee.
  • Kitchen Availability: While every effort is made to ensure your preferred kitchen remains available, circumstances beyond our control may require changes. Access to an alternative kitchen within our network will be provided where possible.
  • Pricing: All prices listed are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST charge applies to all bookings.
