  • Exclusive Use Basis: Costs are $250 per 8-hour period inclusive of gas and electricity. Exclusive use gives you sole access to the kitchen with a maximum of 4 personnel onsite. Longer booking periods are available to suit your requirements.
  • Block Bookings: Special rates can be negotiated for block bookings. A block booking is considered to be 3 time slots per week over 3 or more months.
  • Hours of Operation: Bookings are generally available throughout the day and night. Standard time slots are 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am.
  • Private Training / RTO Bookings: Private chef training and RTO bookings are available on an ongoing or regular shift basis by booking the entire kitchen. Capacity of up to 26 students per shift.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable bond of $500 is required to ensure the kitchen is returned clean and intact. Cleaning checklists and operating instructions must be completed and returned after each booking.
  • Invoice Requirements: A tax invoice must be provided by you on completion to enable return of your bond.
  • Storage Facilities: Cool room and freezer storage are available overnight at $25 for cool room use and $10 for freezer use per night. Special rates are available for long-term bookings.
  • Dry Storage: Available from $30 per week.
  • Deliveries: Deliveries to the kitchen are permitted while you are onsite to receive them. Arrangements can also be made for deliveries and storage as required.
  • Equipment: Specialised equipment may be brought into the kitchen. Ongoing equipment storage can be negotiated depending on size and duration.
  • Long-Term Bookings: Rent for ongoing regular long-term bookings is due on the 1st day of each month in advance.
  • Booking Process: To enable invoicing, please provide your business name, Pty Ltd details (if applicable), home address and ABN.
  • Insurance: Each licensee, occupant and user should maintain Public Liability and Product Liability insurance to cover risks such as stock loss, damage, and other business-related liabilities. A copy of your public liability insurance certificate must be provided before your booking commences.
  • Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email and tax invoice will be sent once funds have been received in our bank account.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not accepted. However, if 14 days' notice is provided, we will attempt to arrange a substitute booking at a later date, subject to availability.
  • Council & Markets Documentation: All kitchens are fully council approved and hold Occupation Certificates. A fee of $300 applies for Occupation Certificates required for council or market applications. This fee may be offset against future kitchen bookings. Proof of kitchen use is provided through paid invoices and applies only to the dates booked.
  • Cleaning Equipment: Mops, brushes, dustpans and other cleaning equipment are provided. Users are encouraged to bring their own cleaning liquids and towels.
  • Cleaning Charges: A cleaning fee of $165 applies for light cleaning requirements. A fee of $330 applies where intensive cleaning is required. Cleaning must be completed during your booked period.
  • Waste Removal: All rubbish must be removed from the premises at the end of each day. Failure to remove rubbish will incur a charge of $330 plus GST.
  • Booking Address Guarantee: While every effort is made to ensure your preferred kitchen remains available, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require a change of venue. Access to one of our other kitchens will always be provided.
  • Pricing: All prices quoted are exclusive of GST. A 10% GST charge applies.
